Acerca de devoluciones y reembolsos
1. ¿Cómo cancelo un pedido?
Puedes cancelar tu pedido de forma gratuita dentro de las 24 horas sin ningún motivo.
Si su pedido ya ha sido enviado, no podrá cancelarlo. Si insiste en cancelarlo, se le cobrará entre el 30 % y el 50 % del importe del pedido por los costes de almacenamiento, preparación del pedido y envío. Esta tarifa se deducirá del reembolso de su(s) artículo(s).
2. ¿Qué pasa si recibo un artículo dañado?
Los productos recibidos con vidrios rotos, pantallas o marcos abollados no se consideran defectuosos y no se pueden devolver. En este caso, reemplazaremos el vidrio o las pantallas sin cargo adicional. Si no desea recibir un reemplazo y desea devolver el artículo, lo trataremos como una devolución normal y cobraremos hasta el 35 % de la tarifa de devolución. También nos reservamos el derecho de deducir todos los costos de envío de salida de los reembolsos.
3. ¿Cuándo recibiré el reembolso?
Después de recibir tu devolución, pueden pasar hasta 5 días hábiles hasta que los fondos se acrediten nuevamente a tu pago original (PayPal: 1-2 días; Tarjeta de crédito: 3-5 días). 1. ¿Se puede regular la intensidad de la lámpara?
Si la lámpara utiliza bombillas como E27, E14, G9, etc., puede elegir una bombilla regulable, de modo que la lámpara se pueda regular con su sistema regulable. Pero si no tiene un sistema regulable en casa, consúltenos y personalizaremos la lámpara para usted. Para la lámpara con chip LED, no puede cambiar la fuente de luz en el interior y, en su mayoría, ofreceremos luz cálida, luz fría y versión regulable. Si no hay una versión regulable en la página del producto, consúltenos. Podemos hacer que todas las lámparas sean regulables. Si tiene esta necesidad, no dude en consultarnos.
2. ¿Puedo tener un cable más largo?
Ofrecemos un cable de 150 cm para la mayoría de las lámparas. Si desea un cable más largo (hasta 800 cm), indíquelo al realizar el pedido y lo extenderemos de forma gratuita.
